Abigail Leigh Spencer - born August 4th 1981 - is an American Actress. Her most famous work is her role in the film Cowboys & Aliens The Haunting in Connecticut 2 Ghosts of Georgia Oz the Great & Powerful It Is Where I Leave You as well as in the television series Angela's Eyes Mad Men Hawthorne & Suits. Amantha is the lead in Rectify which is a Sundance Channel Drama series. Abigail Leigh Spencer is an American actress, who appears on television as well as in films. She gained fame for her roles in the drama show Rectify. Her debut as an actor was All My Children, a soap opera based out of Gulf Breeze Florida. Her performance was recognized with a Soap Opera Digest Award' for Best Female Newcomer. The following years, she mainly played guest roles on several TV shows. In the series Hawthorne the actress was widely praised for playing Dr. Erin Jameson. Her stunning looks and a dazzling acting ability, she slowly gained a massive audience. Her first film appearance was about twenty when she played her role in Campfire Stones. In addition, she has appeared as a character in Jekyll This Means War, Chasing Mavericks as well as other films. The actress was nominated to the Madrid International Film Festival Award' for her role in the film Beautiful Now'. The main character in Timeless will be Lucy Preston, history professor. Spencer was nominated as an Teen Choice Award nominee for Spencer's performance in Timeless. The show has received praise from critics.
